For those who don’t know me I am a hospice chaplain who has served people officially for 2 years and as a volunteer in hospice and pastoral care for 1.5 years before that. 8 years ago God called me to ministry and my journey was a little winding at first: Masters in Religious studies, Specialist in Pastoral Care (Wayne Oates institute), one unit of Chaplain training, and soon to be ordained as an interfaith minister.

Today I serve both patients and their loved ones as the patients near the end of their lives in this earth, I have led memorial services and Celebration of life services. I have also led church services outside of my job. I consider myself a spiritual supporter to those I serve: I am not there to convert or preach, but to support them in their own faith.
